Taxi Depot - Outrageous shipping charges, merchandise broken, UPS 2nd Day = 8 days later

Ordered toplights from Taxi Depot. Pay $168.96 in shipping for 5 to be sent UPS 2nd Day.

When I call to find out the status of the order, I am told I have no order. 10 minutes later they find it, tell me it will be another day before I receive them. I insist on a refund for shipping. They are only willing to give me back $60.

I receive them, all of them have broken end caps. Call and ask for them to ship me new end caps, figuring it is the easiest solution, first they want to charge me to ship them to me. I inform them that it is their fault they came broken, not enough bubble wrap around them. After paying almost $170.00 I don't think I should have to eat another penny.

Edgar was a complete ***, I asked to talk to the owner. He places me on hold for 10 minutes and then tells me he is unavailable to talk with me. WOULD NEVER ODER FROM AGAIN.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT. RATE THEM A -10.

Monetary Loss: $543.
